If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Kiinde will provide refunds for items purchased from the Kiinde.com store within 30 days of the purchase date. If this is the case, we will need you to provide us with the Order Confirmation Number. If it was not purchased from our store, then you would be beholden to the return policy of the store with which it was purchased.
To return an item to the Kiinde.com store, please email us at [email protected] with the Order Confirmation Number and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code. Please note, Kiinde does not provide return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Kiinde will issue a refund of the purchase price paid to the credit card used in the original transaction.
